- Swing (U.S.A. & Western European countries)
- Ballet Folklorico (Mexico, with influences from Ireland, Scotland, Russia & Poland)
- Belly Dance (Lebanon & Middle Eastern/African countries)
- Hula (Polynesian Islands)
- Salsa (Colombia 7 Latin American countries)
Come prepared to exercise, learn & express yourself each day! Here's your checklist for class each day:
- Wear comfortable, breathable exercise clothing & shoes (NO sandals/crocs!)
- Hair tied back in a ponytail or bun
- Bring lots of water & snacks
- Be prepared to focus and move outside your comfort zone!
